Using a combination of security, navigation, communication and data-logging tehnologies, this device records anny use of the vessel and stores it in his memory.

Depanding of configuration the owner of the vessel transfer the data in to a computer and collates it with the data provided by the agency renting the vissel.This way the device helps reduce the " grey charter " and the grey economy in general.
